Last chance to find Milty

For the Weekly Record Herald

WEST MILTON — Milty’s days of hiding in West Milton are coming to an end. This week marks the last leg of the contest to find the Milton-Union Public Library mascot. Last week, Milty was discovered hiding in the grates above the City Bell in front of the Government Center (ok, we admit that one was a toughie).

Where is Mr. Cool hiding this week? Guess correctly where Milty is in the photo and you might win a “Get Out of Fines Free” card, like the latest scout, Caroline Harju. Other winners this summer include Elise Bayless, Micah Tracy, Amy Marcum, Madelyn McGuffey, Evan Clark, and Judy Clark.

In conjunction with its Summer Reading Program, Milton-Union Public Library is teaming up with the Weekly Record Herald to play “Where’s Milty?” For the last eight weeks, “Milty” has been pictured in the newspaper in a different place in West Milton. Guess the correct place and turn in the entry form found on or in the library for a chance to win a “Get Out of Fines Free” card.

The Milton-Union Public Library thanks all the business owners involved and the Weekly Record Herald for making this contest possible.
