Senior center levy would enhance city

To the Editor:

Like most residents of Tipp City, I am proud of our hometown. With its fine school system, unique downtown, parks, walking trails and recreational facilities, it is understandable why it will be featured in November’s issue of Ohio Magazine.

The passage of a one mill levy for the purpose of constructing a new senior citizens’ center will not merely enhance the quality of life for people such as I, but will broaden the city’s appeal to families and younger people looking to relocate to the area.

Let’s continue to be proud to proclaim — Tipp City — my hometown!
