French supports Kendell

To the Editor:

I am supporting the re-election of Tony Kendell as Miami County Prosecutor.

Tony began his career with the County Prosecutor’s office, having been hired by Jeff Welbaum. Tony rose through the ranks and became the first assistant prosecutor. In 2012, Tony was unanimously appointed as our Prosecutor by the Miami County Republican Central Committee; and in 2014 he won election as the Prosecutor. Tony’s entire professional career has been devoted to protecting the rights of citizens in Miami County.

Tony is the most qualified and experienced person for the job:

• He has successfully prosecuted countless criminals, having tried dozens of adult felony jury trials;

• He has worked tirelessly in every other section of the prosecutor’s office, representing Miami County Children’s Services in cases filed for the Abuse, Neglect, and Dependency of children;

• He acts as legal advisor to various Miami County and township boards, agencies, commissions and elected officials in the civil division;

• He has collected well over a million dollars in delinquent taxes on behalf of the county.

Prosecutor Kendell was selected by Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine as the only prosecuting attorney in the entire state to sit on an Advisory Committee concerning Rights for Victims with Disabilities.

We need a dedicated and experienced prosecutor who is committed to protecting the citizens of Miami County.

Vote – re-elect Tony Kendell for prosecutor!
