May 3

Menards, 75 Weller Dr., Tipp City — No violations observed.

Sweets by Kristy, 29 E. Main St., Tipp City — Observation: A label on a food packaged in the RFE or FSO did not contain ingredient statement on the package. Remove product from customer self service only until labels are available for use.

May 6

Angela’s Circle of Friends Childcare, 2910 Stone Circle, Troy — Critical violation: observed employee lick fingers with food on them then not wash hands immediately. Food employee(s) did not wash hands in situations that specifically require them to do so. To prevent contamination, food employees shall clean their hands and exposed portions of their arms after switching between working with raw food and with ready to eat food; before donning gloves to initiate a task that involves working with food; and after other activities that contaminate the hands. Observed food employees wearing jewelry on arms or hands during food preparation. To prevent contamination, food employees may not wear jewelry on their arms or hands. Observed a leak and ice build up in the freezer. Equipment and/or components are not maintained in good working order. Critical violation: the concentration and/or temperature of a chlorine sanitizing solution did not meet the minimum requirements specified in the code in the dish machine.

Maruti Gasolin, 1314 N. Main St., Troy — No violations observed at time of inspection. No Level 3 actions being conducted at this time.
