TIPP CITY — India Chrisman-Williams, LNHA, Regional Vice President of Operations for AdCare Health Systems, Inc., is excited to announce Kristy Earick as the new Administrator of SpringMeade Health Center. SpringMeade, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, is an affiliate of Premier Health and is located between Miami Valley Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital, Atrium Medical Center and Upper Valley Medical Center. AdCare Health Systems, Inc. manages SpringMeade as well as Koester Pavilion in Troy.
Prior to joining the SpringMeade team, Earick worked as the Administrator/Executive Director at Versailles Health Care Center for 16 years. Recently, Earick was chosen by the Ohio Health Care Association as the 2017 Administrator of the Year, an award presented to individuals showing unsurpassed dedication to the facility and its residents as well as the long-term care profession.
“We are happy to welcome Kristy to our SpringMeade team! Her knowledge and experience will help SpringMeade continue to serve as a vital resource in the community,” said Chrisman-Williams.
Earick’s passion for working with seniors started early, learning from her mother who worked as a nurse in a local facility where she volunteered. As a college student, she worked part time as an activity assistant, and her love for long-term care persisted. Over her tenure as an Administrator, she has touched the lives of many people and continues to strive to improve the quality of care and quality of life for her patients, residents, and employees. Earick resides in Piqua with her four children. She is the proud mother of one daughter and triplet sons. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and shopping. “SpringMeade has earned a reputation among Miami County residents as one of the premier nursing and rehabilitation facilities in the Miami Valley. I am thrilled to lead an outstanding and professional team at SpringMeade Health Center. The employees, residents and patients have welcomed me with open arms. I am excited to work for AdCare and to be a part of the Premier family,” shared Earick.
SpringMeade Health Center offers both short-term rehab services and long-term care, including memory care, and accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and most insurance.
